canes are cut into two types, one is cut by giant machines and put harvest into the tank, and another farmer is cut them one by one with a knife. The next stage is crushing sugarcane to juice through the crushing machine. In the fourth stage of the procedure, these

juice are purified by a limestone filter which applies heat to a large bowl to evaporate the moisture. As the liquid reduces, the

water transforms into syrup by boiling down. After that, separate

crystals from syrup with centrifuging machines.
