You are not satisfied with many problems and with the changing room in a Sports Centre that you visit. Write a letter to the Sports Centre manager. In your letter Explain the problem Say how you feel about this problem What steps you would like manager to take.

Dear Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction towards the sports centre where you are the main supervisor. For a couple of months and, especially after you have a new team that has taken charge, I have observed multiple problems.
Firstly
, a few of the treadmills have wiring and electrical issues.
Secondly
, the Sauna room has an unstable temperature. Importantly, the most frequently used changing room is always dirty and unhygienic. To resolve these problems, I have requested reception many times and even sent a formal email to the head of the department.
However
, they did not take any action to date. I am attaching that email and reference number 100524AR for your information. For the betterment of the club and all my fellow members, I request you to take urgent action to rectify these issues. I would suggest you use a publicly visible checklist that will demonstrate who has cleaned up which part of the centre and on which date, which leads to transparency.
Also
, I believe you should appoint a team who can take on regular maintenance of all the gym equipment. I look forward to your prompt reply! Yours Faithfully, John Smith

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
