In life, Some humans believe that it is best to accept a bad situation,
such
as an unsatisfactory appointment or a shortage of finance. Others argue that it is better to try and improve
such
situations.
This
essay will explore both viewpoints, drawing on personal experiences and examples, and ultimately present a balanced approach. Acceptance is variable in humanity's circumstances.
For instance
, when faced with an unsatisfactory appointment, they think that it is the best way to move on at that moment. And, they think will learn new things and
challenges
when they accept. As an example, someone got a new appointment and later he or she is not satisfied with a position. But he/she is accepting
this
as to face new things and
challenges
to develop carrier and they think it will help to their future. The improvement is better for growth and development. When faced with financial shortages, humanity is thinking of solutions to alternative options that can lead to positive change. As an example, If he/she faced a financial shortage to clear his loan due, that person can find to work extra hours from another place as part time apart from his/her working place or he/she can find another option to make money through online business. So he/she will sort out the financial shortages. In my personal opinion, when I am facing these
challenges
in the working environment, it will depend on the situation. I
initially
struggled,
However
, I accept and improve my skills and network leading to a better opportunity later on. In conclusion, both acceptance and improvement depend on how humanity are reacting to
challenges
and situations at that moment. The balance between the two is better for people well being and growth.
