, it can be seen from the maps that there will be some dramatic changes in the site, including new houses, shops, a medical centre, a school, a playground, and new roads. Currently, there are some factories alongside a road which starts from the central east of the site and arrives at a roundabout which is in the centre of the area. There are other three factories on the north, west and southwest side of the roundabout, one exit of which links the zone with the highway to the town. There is a river starting from the northwest and going to the northeast of the territory. Farmland is located in the central north part of the river which is planned to be reduced in favour of a new house but the northwest part of the farmland will remain unchanged. A school will be constructed in the central east of the location where there is a factory now. Coming forward from school, on the right of the way will be built two houses which replaced existing factories, on the right of which will be a playground, and on the left of the same road will be constructed a longhouse. A new roundabout will be constructed in the middle of the highway to the town where there is a T-shaped roadway to the site. On the right side linking two roundabouts, there will be a medical centre at the same time on the left side, it will be constructed some shops.
