letter upon request to come up with some solutions for the increasing number of complaints regarding our front desk.
After going through all the complaints carefully, I found that most of the complaints were made about no timely response to customers' phone calls by the team.Moreover
, In online reviews , people explained that nobody attends the telephone for room services and outdoor inquiries about room reservations . Unfortunately,the reports showed that eight out of ten calls were missed on a fairly daily basis.
