The graph below shows the percentage of mobile phone owners using various mobile phone features in Vietnam in the year 2005, 2008, 2010.

The table illustrates the statistics for the four main mobile phone functions which Vietnamese residents used with their mobile phones in three different years.

It is clear that

while

the proportion of Record audio, Send & Recieve text messages declined steadily over the period, the opposite was true for Take Photos. It is

also

noticeable that people almost used mobile phones to Make Calls to others during the period. As can be seen from the table, in 2005, Making calls accounted for the first position, with a total of 100% of owners using mobile phones to make calls.

Similarly

, the second and third were belong to Send & Recieve text messages and Record audio, standing at 82% and 78% respectively. After 3 years, there was a remained stable in Call function, before dropping slightly by 3%.

Besides

, the percentage of users kept on falling in Record audio and the messages were sent and received throughout 5 years. Looking at more detail, the opposite trend could be seen in Taking photos.

Although

the number of people using

this

type was the lowest position in the first and second year,

then

it went up to 77%, standing in second position

at the end

of the period.
