defence, welfare and other categories accounted for the least expense of the regime.
Schooling and medical treatment cost the authority most when they made up for respectively 24% and 21% in 2010 then
showed a modest decrease of 3% and 1% in the next 5 years. At the same time, retirement funds were unchanged throughout the observed period at 19%, occupying third place.
Regarding the remaining sectors, the fourth place belonged to security with 17% at the beginning yet had reduced considerably to just 14% in 2015. This
