You are living in a University residence, and you have a problem with the high levels of noise from a new campus restaurant which is open late at night. Write a letter to the governor of the University. In your letter, Complain about the situation Say why this is a problem And propose ways to reduce the noise
Dear Mr Manish,
This
is pertaining to the campus restaurant which is functional till mid-night. There is a lot of loud sound being heard from there as many vehicles are coming there, and people are talking loudly. Many are trying to sleep or students like me are sometimes trying to study, and everyone gets disturbed and the impact of it is seen in the next day's routine due to
this
.
It has been a routine ever since the time it got opened. It happened a couple of times last
week that students residing here wanted to lodge a complaint about it. Today morning, in our common group of whats app decided to raise a concern about it. Hence
, I have been asked by all to write up a letter stating the issues being faced by the tenants and students and request a solution for the same from your end.
As it is necessary to have a restaurant in
the university campus for those staying away from home or do not have much time to prepare food, it is a perfect space. We are lucky to have Change preposition
on
such
a provision. But the chaos it has creates due to
the aforementioned problems, we have brainstormed for solutions. First of all, the timing to keep it open can be reduced till 10:30 pm instead
of 12:30 pm. Secondly
, It would be a great idea to not let any vehicles buzz horn and penalties can be collected if found so.
These are some solutions suggested for alleviating the problems and help residents find solutions. Hoping to hear positive from you soon.
Kind regards,
