The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
The two maps illustrate the zone around the hospital in 2007 and subsequent changes that were implemented in 2010.
Overall
,
it is clear that
the plan was to extend transport infrastructure and increase the number of roads near the medicine centre. In 2007 there were six bus stops on both sides of Hospital Rd, at the same time parking was located the North of
City
Road
and all drivers could leave their cars there because separation of parking places have not been involved yet. In 2010 noticeable extensions related to
road
redesigning and vehicle facilities occurred in front of the hospital.
Thus
, the crossroads were replaced with roundabouts
while
the parking ground was separated and moved to the East of the hospital.
Due to
changes only workers were able to leave their cars in the old
place
as it had been in 2007, on turn visitors had taken
place
in the new parking zone. The stops for buses were demolished from the previous
place
,
however
large bus station appeared between the clinic and
City
Road
.
In addition
, two driveways were created from
this
place
to the roads that connected
City
Road
with the
city
hospital.
