The chart shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013.
The bar chart illustrates the frequency in the American's habit of eating in fast food restaurants from 2003 to 2013.
It is clear that
people coming once a week took up the largest percentage of all in 2003 and 2006, while
it was true for once or twice a month in 2013. Besides
, the proportion of those spending every day at the store was the smallest throughout the years.
As can be seen, in 2003 and 2006, customers who went there one time a week were recorded to be at the top of the list with over 30% and 32% respectively, compared to 27% in 2013. However
, the sum of those consuming fast food up to twice a month decreased slightly in the first 3 years, yet then
rose to 33% in 2013.
Moreover
, most people came to the stores several times per 7-day session in 2006 with 20%, in comparison with about 16% in the first and the last
year of the period. All of which were higher than the portions of those eating a few times a year. By contrast
, the total of consumers who ate junk food every day was the lowest at under 5% all the time, whereas
those who never ate it witnessed the same data.Submitted by danphamngocha on
