I consult with my doctor yesterday. He told me that it is because of banding too much

using the computer or reading something. Actually, the size of desks is not suitable for female workers, so, we have to keep the laptop in our lap just to make it more comfortable. Another thing is inadequate lighting

limited windows. So, it is affecting the eyesight as well. After discussing everything with other teammates, I figure out that almost one-third of the employees are suffering from the same problem. They are planning to change their job or get sick leave for some time to improve their health. It might affect the company's productivity
