I am writing
this
letter to express my concern about the quality of furniture we are using in the basement which is allotted to the legal department. My name is Arshdeep Kaur and I am working as a assistant manager in that department.
Recently, I am facing a back problem which is becoming more and more terrible day by day. I consult with my doctor yesterday. He told me that it is because of banding too much while
using the computer or reading something. Actually, the size of desks is not suitable for female workers, so, we have to keep the laptop in our lap just to make it more comfortable. Another thing is inadequate lighting due to
limited windows. So, it is affecting the eyesight as well.
After discussing everything with other teammates, I figure out that almost one-third of the employees are suffering from the same problem. They are planning to change their job or get sick leave for some time to improve their health. It might affect the company's productivity also
.
I would like to suggest you change all the furniture from the lower floor, because it's setting there for ages. Moreover
, there should be sufficient lighting to make the environment more friendly for workers.
