1.You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no one has replied to your complaint. Write a letter to the taxi company. In your letter osay why you are writing and how you feel o explain what happened o tell them what you would like them to do.

Hello Sir I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction towards your company.
Last
Sunday, I booked a cab from 1739 Stenson Boulevard, Peterborough to Pearson International Airport, Toronto with your company for sharp 8.00’o clock in the morning.
However
, nobody showed up, and when I called the driver to check his location, I was told to wait for another thirty minutes for which I was not notified. To my surprise, the driver did not even facilitate me in putting my luggage in the trunk which was quite rude. During the whole trip of two hours, he played loud music, and when I requested him to turn down the volume, he ignored it.
While
booking the cab, I was assured that my dropping point will be Unit-1 of the Airport,
however
, I was dropped off at Unit-3, and
as a result
, I had to book another ride for 50 dollars so that I can reach on time and catch my flight. Even though I made a complaint against the driver; no action has been taken on your part.
This
is why; I request you to teach your employees to behave professionally and have courteous behaviour towards passengers. Seeking positive response Yours sincerely Gurjot Kaur
