and there is a roundabout that connects the south. Additionally
, many factories are built beside the eastern road. To the north of the Norbiton industrial area, there is farmland which is opposite the river

the proposal, only the roundabout and river
will remain at the original site. However
, all the factories are destroyed to make way for several houses by road, a school in the east of the area, and a playground beside the river
. A shop and medical centre will be added as well. Also
