You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • say where you think you left the papers • explain why they are so important • tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire about an important paper that you and your colleagues found
last
week. As you know, last
week I took part in a meeting conversation in your hotel, I am one of the members, my name is Tina Wang, living in your hotel in room number 403, and my check-in date was 1st April and the check-out date was 6th April.
The last
morning, I brought my paper documents to your gym. Unfortunately, when I finished my exercise, I forgot it. If I remember correctly, I could leave it on the counter. This
paper is very important for me, it contains all of the work notes during this
period of meeting.
Sadly, I am planning to write my conclusion today, which leads me to rethink the whole process in your hotel. Because I left it on the counter, and there is no name or contact information associated with my personal records. I hope you can help me to contact the manager in the gym to make sure whether or not it is still in there.
If you find it, it can be mailed to me through the post office and i
will pay all costs. I am looking forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Tina.Change the capitalization
