Nowadays several countries have regulations that forbid people getting a job in a different place than they did their studies, these laws argue for a return on investment and forbid freedom of choice. The question behind that is whether regulations are restricting the improvement of professionals. In this essay, I shall discuss both points of view.

Thanks to advanced technologies, people are able to work remotely instead of going to the office, which is said to be solely beneficial for employees. From my viewpoint, I largely disagree with this statement because hybrid working seems to benefit both sides.
