The maps illustrate an industrial area in Norbiton in the present day compared with plans for future development of the site.
The given 2 images illustrate the current situation of a commercial place and the planning for its
future
renovation happening in a town called Norbiton. Overall
, we observe currently the industrial area has only one roundabout, alongside is occupied by 8 factories. However
, after the map, we see there are two roundabouts and factories are replaced with houses as well as
the addition of facilitations i.e., a playground and a school, etc., are observed.
If we compare the now and later picture, we will come across a lot of development such
as, presently on the north side we see farmland next to the river. Whereas
, in the East, there are several factories in front of one another. Now, for future
renovation projects, there are numerous changes observed. For instance
, the river is cut into two, and a road
is made there which leads to a large house located in the north and the south joins with the circular road
.
Furthermore
, a lot of new facilities (Shops, Medical centers
, Playgrounds, and Schools) are Change the spelling
centres
also
to be witnessed which are not present now. Currently, in the south, there is a straight road
, but in the future
, that road
will be changed into a small roundabout to overcome traffic issues. In short, future
development seem to change the industrial area into a living community.Submitted by khannaughty26 on
