letter in regard to my disappointing experience at the airport services helpdesk

I travelled From Paris
to London on the economy on 15th July 2023 with British Airways. the travel was smooth and comfortable.
However
, I am disappointed with the airport service helpdesk
services. They are
not updated on flights departure for Wrong verb form

and on top of ,that they were rude too. I was really shocked to learn that they don't have any idea about the departure schedule for Paris
.
I would like to suggest a few suggestions to improve the airport service helpdesk
. please train your staff in demeanour and acquaint them with flight schedules for Paris
flights . Furthermore
, make sure all details are available on their computers.so that they can pull out necessary information whenever there is a need to do that. that will make the helpdesk
efficient and quick .
