One of your friends has asked you to be a partner in his new start-up business. Write a letter to him and say - What is your opinion on his new business idea - What have you decided on this matter - What are the reasons for your decision

Dear John I am writing
this
letter in regard to your proposal of becoming a partner in your start-up. I really like your
idea
. I am of the opinion that
this
business
idea
will be profitable in 6 to 8 months from now on. The
idea
of selling vegetables online to the local vicinity is really fascinating.
Therefore
, I have decided to become a partner in your start-up by investing 50000 pounds .I am
also
keen to understand the logistics side of the business. As is it very important to understand transportation costs. how much percentage of that constitutes them. logistics should be on time for
this
kind of business. I would like to tell you a reason for joining your start-up.
Firstly
It is a great
idea
and has the potential to become multiple in a short span of time. If we take care of some basic expenditures like operations, and logistics
then
we can achieve profitability in 6 to 8 months .
secondly
organic growing vegetables have really good demand across UK. so the response will be tremendous from day one. I look forward to hearing from you . All the best Martin
