perspective, it is evident that the production of

takes almost more than two months. The first stage of making

involves raw milk, which undergoes the process of acidification. That means with the bacteria inside the raw mild and the process of acidification special enzymes are formed.
Therefore
, the raw milk solidifies into curds in the second stage. In the next step, the curds are cut into small pieces and put into a pot where the product can be first heated and

drained. In the fifth stage, salt can be added in order to form the product into a round shape. The

is ready to be packaged for the shop, the

must be fermented for two months. With the final product, it can be shipped to the shops.
