In some cultures, children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough. What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message?

Many people have strong opinions about the culture that making a great effort is the key to achievement.
This
mind presents both opportunities and challenges for individual achievement. I will discuss both advantages and disadvantages and explain why I personally believe that the positives dramatically outweigh the negatives.
First,
the potential disadvantages.
Although
making great effort has a positive impact on realizing dreams and getting close to success, in fact, sometimes, they can not achieve any success only by working hard, unfortunately, which could
also
increase mental pressure on them, especially for young people.
For example
, if someone has no talents or interests in sports when they get a low mark in PE, parents should not blame them for not working hard.
This
means knowing their gifted areas and limitations is more crucial than working hard, which will likely help them make achievements effectively.
However
, I believe that these potential disadvantages are unlikely to be realized because they are exaggerated seriously, and some merits are all real. One major advantage of
this
culture is that young people could be inspired and supported to try and do everything they have passion for, which in turn benefits the creativity and enthusiasm of society.
In addition
, it is highly possible that young students can cause some unexpected and significant results in their expertise.
For instance
, if students have a strong curiosity and desire about the fields, they would be likely to face challenges and outcome problems to pursue achievements and success. Taking into consideration all of the above,
as a result
, I completely believe that making a great effort is not only for being successful but
also
for experiencing the process and creating a creative and energetic atmosphere in society.
