Dear Jaskaran I hope

letter to let you know that I have not been a very good friend lately. When we saw each other the

time, It was really fun as we sit on the beach the whole evening watching the sunrise and talking. You

cleaning my house and have been meaning to return them. These past 3 months, I really missed our conversations but it's been very busy at work. I had to deal with a series of audits and health inspections with the construction of a new restaurant completed.
Besides

, I had to study for my IELTS exam, leaving very less time for my personal life. I’m sorry that I did not return your things sooner. But now that I am not busy with my work and have passed my exam, we should go out to your favourite restaurant for dinner and I'll be able to return your things too. Lots of love. Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
