,the expenditure done on reading saw an upward trend and increased gradually.At the start of ,1995 Germany
had more readers followed by France
,Italy and Austria
and the sequence of the growth remained a bit the same except Austria
took over Italy by 2005.
At first glance,it is quite evident that every nation loved reading but Germany
had a large number of readers and spent more money ,while
the lowest was Austria
in the initial period.($80 million
and $30 million
respectively).However
,in the years 1999 and 2003 there were fewer buyers hence
saw a downfall in Germany
$85 million
and Italy $50 million
.
Moving ahead, from the year 2001 Austria
rapidly saw a boom in buying capacity which outpassed Italy and reached near to France
by the end of the decade reaching approximately $70 million
.In contrast
, the France
bookman kept on increasing at a stable speed and never toppled.
