Some people think that teenagers should concentrate on all subjects at school. Others believe that teenagers should focus on the subject they are best at or they are most interested in. Discuss bothe the views and give your opinion.

In recent times, the number of
subjects
taught in schools are increasing. Many believe that
this
is a good method of teaching where
students
get to focus on all aspects.
However
, some believe that
students
must be taught only the
subject
that they are most interested in or best at. In
this
,essay we discuss both views.
To begin
with, many believe that it is necessary to teach all
subjects
. If
students
are taught all
subjects
then
they will be having ideas and knowledge about each and every
subject
.
For example
, History
subject
is important to be taught because it talks about the various things that have happened to reach the present time.
Also
, teaching every
subject
to a
student
from a very young age will help them choose a field much more easily. To understand one's interests, a
student
must go through various
subjects
and find the best one possible.
This
also
helps a
student
to be up to date with the current situations around the world.
On the contrary
, there are people who believe that
students
must be taught only those
subjects
that they are good at. To some extent,
this
might be true. If a
student
only learns about their favourite topic
then
they tend to show more interest. As a ,result they show better results in performance in both classes
as well as
examinations.
For instance
, a
student
might be good at Mathematics but poor at English. In the end, a
student
is judged based on his
overall
performance. The result of English will always affect his scores.
This
ultimately demotivates a
student
.
Hence
, more focused learning of his best
subject
might help him out and keep him motivated. In conclusion, both views have their pros and cons.
However
, in my personal opinion I do believe that children must be taught all
subjects
initially
but with time, the lessons must gradually be inclined towards a pupil's interest.
