The picture illustrates the process of making  smoked
fish
 . There are 13  main stages in total in the process , beginning with  catching the
fish
 in a fishermen's net and ending up with smoked
fish
 delivered to the
fish
 shop. The production of the smoked
fish
 process commences with catching many fishes from the ocean . Caught
fish
 are delivered to the port by small boat  and  In port, smoking
fish
 goes through several steps.
Firstly
 caught
fish
 froze in the special
box
 
then
 the
fish
  melts in fresh water . In the next stage  melted
fish
 had was cut down and cleaned their bod. Next ,  cleaned
fish
 was put into salt water and yellow colouring  , after that semi-finished product was smoked in the special dish. Smoked

 was packaged in the
box
 and put into another
box
 which is 0•C degrees cold
then
,
this
fish
 was moved to another
box
 which was called the cold store .
This
 store through to the  distributor lorry and  give the smoke fishes to the gish shops .
