, there are ten main stages which are rather relatively simple. Beginning with digging clay and ending with packaging bricks
and sending them to costume.
The first stage
commences when the clay is dug out using a digger and following

, the clay is sleeved through the metal grid. In the next stage
, the finer fragment is rolled using a conveyor belt. After that, sand and water are combined then
the mixture is framed by means of mould or wire cutter. Following

are dried in a drying oven for one or two days.

are placed kiln at 200- 980 degrees centigrade and then

are exposed in another kiln at a high temperature. In the next stage

are cooled using a cooling chamber for 47-72 hours. After that, the bricks
are packaged and finally
