The diagram illustrates the brick-making process. The linear process of brick consists of eight main steps from raw material to delivery of
bricks
Overall
, there are two main stages. First
clay
is used to make
bricks
.
Second,
using temperature to harden it.
To begin
with,
bricks
are mainly made from
clay
which is extracted from the earth by machine diggers in large amounts. In the second step metal grid is used to reduce the size of the
clay
by passing it to the roller. In subsequent steps, water and sand are added to solidify the
clay
and
then
the mixture of sand, water and
clay
is put into mould to reshape the
bricks
. In the end, a wire cutter is used to cut them. In the next stage, place the
bricks
in the drying oven for 2 days where three different containers present with different frequencies of temperature. The first two containers have hot temperatures moderate and high, 200-980 degrees and 870-1300 degrees respectively.
However
, the
last
chamber has a cooling temperature where
bricks
can cool down for 2 to 3 days. After hardening packing the
bricks
and ready for delivery.
