You have recently ordered an item through the Internet, but you are not happy with the product. Write to the company. In your letter: describe what you purchased explain why you are not happy with the product tell them what you would like them to do about it

+ ear sir or madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the broken dining set that I ordered on August 26th. I placed an order on the Shein.com website with the reference number G746573673. Internally, twelve teaspoons, nine plates, a water jug, and nine bowls were included.
Additionally
, one utensil rack had been added.
However
, when I received
this
twelve teaspoons were crushed completely, and seven plates were damaged from the corners. Other items were not only cracked but
also
they had not any plastic coverings. It would be great if you could refund the whole money at your earliest convenience. Despite
this
, I would really appreciate it if you could replace the damaged material with a new one. I hope you will comprehend it, and I am looking forward to your prompt action. Yours faithfully, Rajwinder Kaur Brar

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
