You drive to work, but have recently had a problem parking your car at the office. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter describe the problem with the parking explain how this is affecting you suggest what should be done about the problem

Dear Mr John, I am writing to complain about the current situation that my colleagues and I have been facing recently in the parking area beside our office. As you know we arrive around 9 as per the working schedule, but at that time we find most of the free parking slots are occupied, and
therefore
, we are parking in the area behind our building.
However
, there is some maintenance work on that street and the responsible contractor is not allowing us to use that area. Unfortunately, I am not happy because the contractor is using that space to keep heavy vehicles and other materials related to him.
Moreover
, he used an aggressive tune when our employees spoke to him. I would
therefore
request you kindly speak to his manager and inform him about the situation,
besides
, his officer behaviour. We really need at least ten parking slots in that place. I look forward to solving
this
issue at the earliest possible time. Yours sincerely, Mohamed Ammar
