Do you agree that the economic progress is the only factor that can be used to measure a country's success?
It is often argued that the only factor to analyze the
success
of a nation is by analyzing its economy
. However
, I completely agree with this
viewpoint.
First and foremost, the economy
plays a vital role in the development of the country
. I think the main reason for this
idea is that many countries that recognize certain countries and talk about their success
, as well as
their achievements, are the biggest examples of a great economy
. How progressive a country
is actually determined by its economic growth, inflation rates, currency, employment rates, etc. Here I would like to give an example to make this
concept clear. Take America as an example, it is known for its best economy
. The population of the US is affluent and richer than the UK because of the economic development.
Moreover
, many other nations will try to make better connections with a particular country
because of its success
. Also
if the economy
is great many states will invest their money in a country
where economic growth is more than any other nation which makes it different and unique from others. The foreign currency will then
make the country
more successful and developed over time. For example
, due to
this
factor, many states want to build connections with Spain and want to make investments in their country
. In this
way, if foreign currency comes to Spain, it will become more wealthy and affluent.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that economic progress is essential and has many advantages. Therefore
, it is considered to be the only determinant of the success
of a nation.Submitted by tania4malik on
