It is considered that intelligence is the most desired characteristic of a leader. In

, it is possible to find a group of people that may believe that Intelligence is the most desired quality for a ruler.

is because a role figure should present a vast knowledge about different topics

displaying a high level of understanding of that knowledge.

, some member of the community only follows and agree with an individual who presents a high level of intellect that can convince them to do things. An intellectual leader will be able to lead the townsfolk or country to success by implementing measures towards conflicts.

, we are able to find some persons that believe

not just intellect but other personal traits the ones that a leading figure should display

as charisma, understanding and empathy. A leader with those traits is more likely to be followed and supported by the community as they feel represented and heard by

is a charismatic ruler

as Hitler who was able to connect with the farmers and link with the people in order to believe and follow an idea as they felt represented and listened. In conclusion, I disagree that intellect is the most imperative characteristic that a role model should display.

as intelligence, is not enough to lead people. The first representative of any kind of group or association should display multiple different abilities and skills.
