, the proportion of owners decreased gently through the

and the number of people who rent a house increased gradually. And it's evident that at first the percentages of owners were threefold the renters. The figure for owners experienced a slight decrease in 4 first

(2004,2005,2006,2007) and reached a little lower than from its first point around 60% to approximately higher than 55% in 2007. Before levelling at 41% in two consecutive
years
in 2011 and 2012, there was a dramatic decline happened from 55% to 41% in 2011. After remaining stable till 2012, the number fell again to almost 36% and reached a new dip in 2014.
On the other hand
, the number of renters saw a significant rise and doubled in 8

and stopped at 40% in 2011.
