ou have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter describe the situation explain why you cannot continue at this time say what action you would like to take
Dear Sir,
My name is Kulwinder Kaur attending the evening session for the “Business Management” course in your academy. I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I am longer available to attend the classes due to
my full-time job requirement.
I have been working as a logistics co-ordinator in a transportation company for the last
two years. Yesterday, I received a letter from my manager about our new project where I am positioned as a team leader. Additionally
, I have to manage all the budget aspects of the project as well.
Due to
all these circumstances, It would not be possible to continue the ongoing course as I have to take care of extra responsibilities at my workplace which further
leads to my Job remuneration and bonus as well.
I apologise for discontinuing my course in between but I would really appreciate it if you could forfeit my tuition fees for the next three months or defer my classes to the next batch.
Thank you for your consideration. Looking forward for a positive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Kulwinder KaurSubmitted by kulwinder250897 on
