that I purchased in your online store two months ago. The necessity to have a notebook appeared when I started to work at home, after searching for the product in many stores I found the one on your company’s website, the delivery was very fast and the equipment arrived at my home in a perfect state ,

however

, one week ago I realized that the

started to present some bugs.

For example

, some keys were not working properly.

This

is a huge problem for me since

notebook is my work tool, in my daily routine I write a lot to communicate with my team and

send emails to clients.

Besides

I cannot afford a wireless

so I am using the virtual

to do my work but unfortunately, it does not cover my needs since I cannot deliver my projects with the same efficiency that I usually do and

can cost my job.
