In recent years, the employers show more interest in looking for those who have a high certificate comparing to experience in real life and personality traits. This phenomenon stems from recruiters completely believe in the assessment system at universities. However, the writer does not advocate this assumption because of more efficiency fostered by practical experience and good attitude by selecting employees with good personality.

Nowadays, a lot of foreigners live in different countries to earn money or develop academic knowledge, such as exchange students and immigrant workers. In my opinion, living in an unfamiliar country without knowing the native language often presents several threats and challenging situations, making it hard to endure. This essay will discuss some of these challenges.

It is commonly known that an unlimited amount of sugar was added to the vast majority of manufactured food and drink which is truly harmful to the consumer's health. Therefore, people advocate that the products with too much sugar must be way more expensive so that people will opt for healthier options. In my opinion, I genuinely agree with the view. By doing so, it can prevent, at least mitigate, the consumption rate of sugar and lead to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
