You have just read an article in a national newspaper which claims that town centers in your country all look very similar to each other. You don’t fully agree with this opinion. Write a letter to the editor of the newspaper. In your letter •say which points in the article you agree with •explain ways in which your town center is different from most other town centers •offer to give a guided tour of your town to the writer of the article

Dear Mr. Homes, Just read an article by you about the
town
centres
in our country. You have clearly described the features that each
town
centre
offers. I really appreciate it.
However
, I do not agree with your opinion on the looks of the
town
centres
being similar to each other. The article gives a very good description of the location of
town
centres
. It
also
gives great detail about all the different activities and events conducted in the
town
centre
.
Moreover
, you have
also
given details of the organizing body of each

Although
I agree with almost all the facts about different
town
centres
, I do not agree with the similarity in looks of my
town
centre
with others. My
town
centre
is dome-shaped and has a wider area to organize events.
In addition
, it has a separate auditorium and stage to conduct cultural events. I can offer a guided tour to you about my
town
centre
whenever you are available to showcase its distinguish features from others. Looking forward to a tour with you. Yours sincerely, John

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
