Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that my radio that I bought was not working properly
as a result
of which it was sent back for repair
. It has been a week since then
and it is still not fixed. It is making me very frustrated as I was not expecting this
quality of service.
I understand it might take some time to repair
but the problem is that I haven't heard back in a week. No response is not acceptable.I would like to kindly ask you to explain to me the problem and the reason for the delay.
I do not want to wait anymore for the repair
. Please repair
it as quickly as possible.If the radio is not in a repairable condition, please replace this
with a new radio and send it to my address as soon as possible.
