Your colleague is traveling from another country by plane for a meeting. You have arranged the airport pickup, hotel accommodation and planned his/her meetings. Write a letter to your colleague. In your letter, you should: •say when and where you will meet him/her •explain where he/she will stay •tell him/her about the other arrangements you made.

Hello John, I hope you are doing great.
Last
week, I got an E-mail from the director of our company that you are coming to attend our annual meeting based on the “budget Agenda”. I am writing
this
letter to let you know about all the arrangements I made for you
such
as accommodation and transportation from the airport. I know that you will be reached by 3:00 pm at the airport facility and it will take you, near about 2-3 hours, to check with all the immigration procedures as it is an international flight. I will be waiting for you at the main arrival gate so that you do not face any difficulty in finding me. For your accommodation, I booked a five-star hotel named “The Hotel Cabana” near the international airport facility so that it will be easy for you to commute.
Apart from
this
, I
also
reserved a special activity area with a gym, spa and a swimming pool on the side where you can spend your spare time. The meeting is
also
arranged at the same hotel in their conference hall where we can accommodate around 50-60 people.
Additionally
, there is a special arrangement for a dinner, where other members of the organization will join us. Have a safe journey and I look forward to meeting you. Yours faithfully, Kulwinder Kaur
