the percentage of English-language Instructors decreased over the period given, while
French-language tutors increased. At the start of the period in 2001, English-language educators were the highest percentages and had changed suddenly, and French-language teachers
became the highest proportion in the final years.
The percentage of English-language teachers
began at about 73% in 2001 and then
declined dramatically to 40% in 2003. After 2003, this
figure rose slightly to approximately 43% in 2005 before falling quickly to more or less 27% in the final year.
At the beginning of the period in 2001, the proportion of French-language teachers
accounted for 70% and then
dropped significantly to peak at more or less 52% in 2002 and climbed quickly to about 77% in 2003. Between 2003 and 2006, this
