The diagram above illustrates the steps involved in the production of instant noodles. The entire process consists of 8 main stages and takes place in an instant noodle factory.
To begin
with, manufacturers purchase flour from the market and deliver it to the storage silos using trucks. Subsequently
, the staff put the flour into a mixer machine where water and oil also
be added. Once the ingredients are fully mixed, the flour mixture is then
passed through 4 rollers and formed into dough sheets. Before progressing to the next phase, the dough sheets must be cut into strips using a special machine.
Following that, the divided strips are placed into several circular containers known as noodle discs, where the raw noodles are cooked with oil and dried. Next,
paper cups are used to hold the dried noodles along with
other vegetables and spices. In the eighth step of the production process, the filled cups are sealed, and the machine finally
