You have paid for a cricket course at a Sports Club, but due to a medical reason cannot complete the entire course.Write a letter to the course director. In your letter, explain your interest in the course describe your problems find out if a refund is possible

Dear Sir or Madam, With reference to the cricket
course
at Golftown Sports Club, I would like to request a refund as I am unable to complete it
due to
medical reasons. I am really interested in
this
course
as I am passionate about cricket and want to make my career in it. I have not only played many tournaments but
also
won many matches.
This
course
is really useful for enhancing my pre-existing skills and learning new forms of play. Being a left-handed batsman,
this
course
has all that I wanted to practice. Unfortunately, I can not complete
this
course
because I was injured
last
Sunday
due to
a minor accident. After the practice session, when I was going back home from the stadium, a car from nowhere suddenly hit me
while
I was crossing the road. So, I got my left leg fractured and doctors advised me to take complete rest for 4 weeks. Considering my unpleasant situation, I would like to request a refund for the rest of the
course
if
that is
possible. It would be highly appreciated if you do that or if it is possible to enrol in next season's
course
with
this
fee. Looking forward to a positive response. Yours Faithfully, Manpreet Kaur
