The quality of road safety is rapidly decreasing. A huge number of
people
 are defying the
traffic
rules
. It is required to improve by imposing harsh penalties. Some within the communities do not know about these
rules
 and it is needed to spread awareness within.
This
 essay will argue how both solutions are equally important to make the roads safer. Big cities usually have huge
traffic
 jams which are a result of
people
 driving their own vehicles. Some individuals tend to break
traffic
rules
 like crossing at red lights, drinking and driving, talking and driving etc. These
people
 actually have the knowledge that what they are doing is wrong.
Moreover
, they know the consequences as well. These
people
 who commit the crime after knowing the
rules
 should be given penalties. These penalties have to be strict so that they can learn a lesson.
On the other hand
, villages are not very accustomed to education
as a result
 of they are not aware of
traffic
rules
 which
then
 leads to
traffic
 violations and sometimes accidents. These
people
 should be made aware of the regulations. As a lot of villagers do not have access to schools, campaigns where they are taught turn out to be effective, Throughout
this
 campaign we need to encourage more
people
 to follow the
rules
. It is very hard to comment on either view as the bot has its own consequences.
This
 essay argues the reason behind both these beliefs. In my opinion, both views are necessary as it totally depends on the situation of the person defying the
rules
 whether he is unaware or unwilling to improve road safety.
