You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter introduce yourself explain what is wrong with the furniture say what action you would like the landlord to take You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Mr. Chandan,
I writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with some of the furniture in the house that we recently rented from you.
The problem is with the condition of the dining table
and the wooden storage stand which was placed in the master bedroom. In fact, the legs of the dining table
are loose and could fall anytime ,also
the table
has sharp corners that are not good for our children. Although
we are quite happy with the round storage table
, some of the drawers do not have the handles so it's difficult to open sometimes.
It would be great if you could take out the dining table
because we are not currently in need of a large table
and also
it occupies enough space. Moreover
, If you could repair the drawers of the storage cabinet and replace the old handles that would be really appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
