Dear John, I am writing in order to inform you about the inconvenience experienced by our staff
due to
 the absence of a
cafeteria
. As I am at the forefront, I take opportunities to a lot of attention to the absence of a recreational spot. Sometimes, I do not find Ann at her seat it could be because she had gone to a marvellous food joint to have a hamburger. Even though it is at a walkable distance, it takes about thirty minutes for Ann to describe her spot. It is reducing efficiency substantially. A lot of people get respites for coffee and lemonade and come back late. The reason they give is satisfactory yet bad.
This
 is when I realised the gravitas of having our own
cafeteria
. Providing that there is a
cafeteria
 properly, people can not give incapacitated excuses for their lack. They have to come back to their seats by thirteen minutes, which is acceptable. I hope I have mentioned sufficient reasons for having our own
cafeteria

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
