I am writing in concern to my important business papers, which I have left mistakenly in your hotel. I recently visited your hotel on Sunday, 1st of October. I made a reservation online and stayed for a few hours.
I carried an office bag including a laptop and a document file with me. After checking in at the reception, I directly headed toward the room. I put my documents in one of the wardrobes, located on the right side of the bed, and started working on a presentation.
