Many people believe that children should learn a foreign language other than their mother tongue and they should start it at primary school. I completely agree with this proposed idea because I believe that children at much younger ages are more receptive to new subjects and have greater learning ability. In addition, in older age during high school, foreign language has already been introduced to them so they feel less burdened with additional subjects.

Some people argue that these experiments should be banned because it is morally wrong to cause animals to suffer, while others are in favour of them because of their benefits to humanity. It is argued that doing research tests on animals for new drugs and safety measurements, while others believe that these tests should be forbidden because of animal welfare and cruelty. In my opinion, animal experiments play a crucial part in the development of medicines.

It is irrefutable that a country's growth largely depends on how educated and healthy its citizens are, and therefore some people suggest a free and state-provided healthcare and education system. The burgeoning population and the lack of funds, however, often make it harder for the authorities to bear the expenses. Therefore, I disagree with the opinion stated and believe that an effective solution, in this case, would be to divide the expenditures between the government and the individuals.
