The line chart given depicts the statistics of stores' closures and openings in a particular country between 2011 and 2018.
Focusing on the new store addition, there were more than 8,000 stores run in 2011, which was
also
its climax rate. The figure then
experienced a rapid drop by halves in 2012 before moderately reaching its second peak at nearly 6,000 openings in 2014. Thereafter
, the slope began to decline and flattened during the rest of the periods.
Moving on to the tenants who stopped their operations, the data went up and down during the first four years of the report. However
, in 2015, there was a significant decrease, hitting rock bottom, with less than 1,000 merchants closed. After that, there was a dramatic bounceback to 5000 closures in 2016. Finally
