perspective,
it is clear that
every two years, the

has been abated. During 1999 and 2000, the

for a particular bus company was identical

actual services arriving on time is lowest in 2000 which is only 82%,

in 1999 it is 85%. In 2001 and 2002,

percentage has been decreased by one per cent. The actual percentage for services arriving on time is 84.5% and 84% respectively.

, in 2003, the record has been reversed and actual services with punctuality is more than the

, which accounts for only 84.5%.
Complaints

were highest which was 120

the lowest count was seen in 1999 which was about 70. For the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 these
