Some people say that art (e.g. painting, music, poetry) can be made by everyone whereas others believe that it can be only made by those with special ability. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

 a part of the population believes that

 can be made only by those who have a special talent, the other part believes that everyone can make

. In
this
 essay, I will discuss both views and
then
 I will give my opinion. On the one hand, some individuals think that , in order to make
art
, a person should be born with a special ability. They believe that
art
 is something that can not be learned, and you either have it or not. They consider that if someone wants to make a form of
art
, that individual needs to have talent.
For example
, my piano teacher believes that you can not perform the piano if you are not born with a musical ear, a rare phenomenon.
On the other hand
, there are people who agree that
art
 is a skill that can be learned by putting in a lot of effort. They think that everyone can learn an artistic skill , as long as they are dedicated and willing to work .
Additionally
, they consider drawing, singing, dancing, acting and other artistic activities learnable skills. I agree with
this
 point of view and I believe that as long as someone wants to progress, to learn new skills and techniques in an artistic field, everything is possible.
For instance
, at the beginning of a drawing course , a boy did not know how to draw, but after only 2 months of drawing daily, he became very good.
This
 is an example of the fact that
art
 is a learnable ability. In conclusion, I agree that
art
 can be made by everyone , as long as they are willing to learn new concepts and put in effort.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format. A great argument essay structure may be divided to four paragraphs, in which comprises of four sentences (excluding the conclusion paragraph, which comprises of three sentences).
