This

is my notion about leadership and the outstanding leader, that’s me. I have 16 lovely

students

in my classroom, including two intellectual disabilities and two autistic children now. Even, an intellectually disabled student couldn’t adjust to

school

life. I heard that she ran out of

school

often

last

year. She hits

students

and teachers when she is angry. Classmates didn’t like her and she was isolated.

Therefore

, I started activities to be close to friends in the class

such

as cooking.

Moreover

, I praised her for growth frequently, and I always told her how she was amazing. She changed her behaviour now. She doesn’t run out of

school

anymore. I succeeded in making her

love

school

and uniting with the community. I think I led my classroom successfully because we

love

each other. In 2021, I led a business named Green Smart

School

at my work. It is the business to change the

school

into an innovative space. I gathered the

opinions

of

students

, teachers, parents and local community commissioners on which way they wanted to change the

school

and put it all together after almost 2 years.

Moreover

, I organized insight tours to watch role models of innovative spaces. There were times when each other had different

opinions

. Whenever they do it, we think about the pros and cons of

opinions

and I lead them to make an optimal choice. In 2022, I discussed with the education office and construction companies whether the decisions on construction were appropriate.

Finally

, my

school

started to tear down the building and build a new innovative

school

. During

this

summer vacation, the temporary

school

which we will live in during the construction period was built, and everyone was satisfied with

this

school

because it reflected their

opinions

. I felt so proud of what I accomplished. My passion for influencing people eventually made me become a teacher. Half of my

students

don’t have parents and live in the orphan. I’m trying to take care of them with

love

because I can see their fear of not being loved. I was invited to the festival of the orphanage annually, and I bought a present for them. When I go to the festival, the kids

love

me so much. I can’t forget what I heard from one student “Thank you for caring for me with

love

, teacher, I will always be with you when you are sad or happy. I

love

you so much, too.”

of members and move toward the goal by leading my own businesses at
