It can be inferred that the process of making sugar
can be divided into three main phases. At the first step growing sugar
canes which are usually aged 12-18 months, are harvested either by machine or by hand. The second stage starts with crushing all the sugar
cane into juice with a huge machine. The crushed juice then
gets through the limestone filter in order to begin
the purifying procedure. After that the purified liquid is gathered in the evaporator and heated, turning the juice into syrup.
In the final step, the procedures include centrifuge, separating carbohydrate crystals from the syrup made from the previous stage, and drying and cooling. Following
